1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

  1. Remove the front bumper cover (Click here).



2. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT ABSORBER UPPER

  1. Disengage the 7 claws and remove the radiator support absorber.



3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  1. Remove the front bumper energy absorber.



4. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator side air seal.



5. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the No. 1 side.



6. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT EXTENSION LH

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator support extension.



7. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT EXTENSION RH

HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.



8. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 bolts.

  1. Disengage the claw.

  1. Disengage the guide and remove the windshield washer jar.

  1. Disconnect the washer hose.

  1. Disconnect the connectors.



9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 5 clamps and disconnect the wire harness.

  1. Remove the 8 bolts.

  1. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper reinforcement.



10. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the air cleaner hose.

  1. Disengage the 2 clamps and 2 guides and remove the air cleaner cap.



11. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the air cleaner filter element.



12. REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the bolt and high pitched horn assembly.



13. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR LOWER AIR DEFLECTOR

  1. Remove the 2 clips.

  1. Remove the 2 guides and radiator air deflector.



14. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 air cleaner inlet.



15. REMOVE ECM

  1. Pull up the lever to loosen the lock and remove the 2 connectors from the ECM.

  1. Separate the wire harness from the ECU bracket.

  1. Remove the 5 bolts and the ECM.



16. REMOVE ECU BRACKET

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the ECU bracket.
